Sh. R L Sachdeva ji always believed that the proper development of a child’s personality depends upon home, society and school. The sum total impact of these factors has a great influence on the life of the child. The role of the parents in the development of the child is very important. Every child is born with two types of abilities – (a) general, (b) special. The main aim of education is to develop these abilities. If a proper care is being taken at home and school, then the child develops as a complete individual and a cgood citizen. The best resources of a nation are its human resources. Sometimes, due to the ignorance of the parents the child gets into wrong profession, It not only spoils the career of that child but also deprives the nation of the qualities of that individual. Sh R L Sachdeva ji always believed and advised the parents, that they should be open minded for the future of their child. His noble soul departed for heaven on 23rd Nov 2011, but his thoughts will always be an inspiration for the staff, students and school to provide quality education always.
